Eco Elegant Tableware makes natural, elegant disposable tableware for weddings, showers, birthdays and every kind of celebration across the U.S. Our plates, bowls and cutlery look as good as real dinnerware — and after the party, they go back to nature instead of the landfill.
Made from fallen leaves
Our plates and bowls are made from palm leaves that fall naturally from the tree in India. The leaves are collected, cleaned with water, steam-treated and heat-pressed into shape — no chemicals, dyes, glue, wax or plastic coating.
Because every plate starts as a real leaf, each one has its own grain, color and texture. No two are exactly alike — which is exactly why they look so good on a table.
We also offer: - Sea grape leaf plates — delicate, leaf-shaped dessert plates made from fallen sea grape leaves from coastal Vietnam. - Birch wood cutlery — forks, knives and spoons made from birch wood instead of plastic. - Coconut shell bowls — handmade, reusable bowls crafted from coconut shells.
Why it matters
Our palm-leaf plates are 100% natural and home-compostable. After your event, scrape off the leftovers and add them to your compost or green-waste bin instead of the trash. They're sturdy enough for real food — hot entrées, saucy dishes, cake — without the soggy bend of paper or the plastic of "disposable" dinnerware.
